The Hammersmith & Fulham Diabetes Group is a free peer support and education group for people living with diabetes — both newly diagnosed and those with many years of experience. Sponsored by the NHS and affiliated with Diabetes UK, the group meets eight times a year at Charing Cross Hospital. Meetings feature talks from specialist speakers and plenty of time to share experiences and ask questions. Family members and carers are also welcome. No booking needed — just turn up.
